   • We do not currently collect IP addresses or browser/device fingerprints.

   • Cookies may also be used for session management and remembering user preferences.

1. Account & Listing Data:
• We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• Listings have statuses like Active, Sold, Deleted, or Expired and may be retained for audit or user support purposes
• Sold listings cannot be reactivated; Deleted listings are permanently removed
2. Account Deletion:
• Accounts cannot currently be deleted directly via the user dashboard. To request deletion, contact us
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Data may be temporarily retained if there are unresolved reports or legal concerns.
3. Security Backups:
• Backup copies may be stored briefly in secure archives for legal and operational purposes

6. Data Security

We implement standard security measures including encrypted passwords, secure hosting, and regular software updates. While we take strong precautions, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
